A federal judge sentenced two men to prison for carjacking a man in Tulsa and driving him around at gunpoint.

Investigators said Ray Villalba arranged to meet the victim on a dating app, but showed up with Elijah Titone and they jumped the victim and tied him up with Zip-Ties.

They said the men threatened to kill the victim, drove him to banks with a gun pointed at him and tried to take his money before leaving him on the side of the road.

Villalba was sentenced to 18 years in prison, Titone got 16 years.

Investigators said the pair also broke into a Broken Arrow home two days later and that Villalba hit that victim in the eye with his gun, causing him to go blind in that eye.
