Amber Alert: 13-Year-Old Mercy Noel Dyer

An Amber Alert has been issued for 13-year-old Mercy Noel Dyer.

Mercy has blond hair and blue eyes, is 5'4", and weighs about 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and denim jeans.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Mercy is believed to have been taken by her non-custodial mother Kimberly Dyer and is possibly in California.

Kimberly is 44 years old, 5'3", and weighs about 250 pounds.

OHP says Kimberly is believed to have violent tendencies.
