Theater Class At LIFE's Senior Center Helps Seniors Boost Creativity

LIFE's Senior Center at Roma Berry is offering older adults an engaging outlet for self-expression through a new Performance Theater class.

Open seven days a week, the senior center serves as a community hub for adults aged 50 and older, providing opportunities for fun and fitness.

The Performance Theater class, which meets weekly on Tuesdays at 11 a.m., aims to improve seniors' memory while fostering a sense of achievement through improv. Many older adults often miss opportunities to express themselves, and this class is designed to encourage them to step out of their comfort zones.
