OHP Fines Driver Accused Of Speeding Recklessly In Heavy Rain

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued a $500 fine to a driver for reckless driving after they say the driver was caught speeding over 100 mph in a 70 mph zone during heavy rain.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says that too many people were driving too fast in the heavy rains.

Troopers said that they pulled over a driver in a pickup in McCurtain County, going more than 100 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.

The driver was fined more than $500 for reckless driving.
