The Oklahoma City Thunder, riding a 13-game winning streak, are back on the court Friday at the Paycom Center, facing the New York Knicks.

Despite playing the second night of a back-to-back, the Thunder are favored to extend their streak. Their last home loss was a narrow two-point defeat to the Dallas Mavericks on Nov. 17.

Isaiah Hartenstein has been instrumental during the streak, which began in early December. The Thunder, now the top seed in the Western Conference, are earning national praise but remain focused.

"It's always nice to be part of history in a good way," said Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, "It doesn’t feel ... like 13 games."

“We just try to win every night. It means a lot to do this for the city and the fans.”

While they recently fell to Milwaukee in the NBA Cup final in Las Vegas, that game doesn’t count in regular-season stats. The Thunder now aim to secure their place in franchise history tonight.
