OHP: 2 Killed In Head-On Collision In Murray County

Two people died in a head-on collision on Primrose Lane south of Davis on Monday evening, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 5:33 p.m., about two miles south of Davis in Murray County.

Sheryl Williamson, 60, of Ardmore, was driving a 2018 Ford Explorer westbound on Primrose Lane when her vehicle crossed the center line for an unknown reason and struck an eastbound 2012 GMC driven by Robbie Bennett, 38, of Sulphur, troopers said.

Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene due to internal injuries, authorities reported.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
