Many Oklahomans are seeking advice on making informed decisions about finances and health, and they will have a chance to learn more through a seminar series in the Oklahoma City metro.
Designed for people who are 55 years and older, as well as their adult children, the "Time for Living" seminars will help older Oklahomans with several important topics.
Time for Living seminar host Connie Williams said the main focus will be on health and finances.
"We just cover anything from traveling to downsizing in your home, which is a hard thing to do, emotional to do," Williams said. "Finances, how to afford it, how to strike up those conversations with your parents, and how to strike up the conversation with your children about what you want to do."
Williams said the seminars will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Francis Tuttle Technology Center, located at 3841 East Danforth Rd. in Edmond.
"This isn't the time to stop living, this is the time to start living," Williams said.
