Person hospitalized after being hit by car in Northwest Oklahoma City

A person is in the hospital after being hit by a car in northwest Oklahoma City Friday night, according to police.

Police say the scene happened near Northwest 18th Street and Meridian Avenue.

The condition of the victim is not known.

OCPD confirms it was a hit-and-run. They say they have no information on the type of vehicle or the suspect.
