Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 C. Frozen Mango
- 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 C. Water or Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh-cut Ginger
Instructions
- Cutting Prep: Pre-cut your mango, banana, and ginger so they fit in the blender.
- Add to Mix: Put your cut up mango, banana, and ginger into the blender.
- Add to Mix Cont.: Add in the Greek yogurt, we use vanilla flavor for this example, then add water or milk for a creamier consistency.
- Final mix and blend: Finally, add your cinnamon and blend!
