Construction worker hit by car in Midwest City; suspect crashes into vehicle

A construction worker was hit by a car in Midwest City, according to police.

Police say the worker was near North Sooner Road and Northeast 10th Street when a car hit them and fled the scene.

According to authorities, the driver then crashed into a car along Northeast 10th Street. Police say the suspect stayed at the scene of the crash. 

The extent of the construction worker's injuries is not known at this time.
