An easy to make and tasty carrot cake dip prefect for your next gathering
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup carrots, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- Optional: candied chopped walnuts or almonds
- Chocolate bunny cookies, vanilla wafers, or graham cracker sticks (for dipping)
Instructions
- Combine: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger. Stir in the shredded carrots and flaked coconut until evenly combined.
- Serve: Transfer to serving container. Sprinkle with candied nuts before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers.
