This crispy baked Boursin dip will be a hit at your next gathering with friends or family.
Ingredients
- 1 container Boursin cheese, any flavor (garlic & herb recommended)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
- Your favorite crackers or chips
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 400°. Line a small baking sheet or oven-safe dish with parchment.
- Combine: In a small bowl, whisk the egg with water. In a separate shallow dish, combine panko and herbs.
- Coat: Dust the Boursin in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with the panko mixture. Press gently to fully coat all sides.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Drizzle with hot honey and serve warm with crackers or chips
