Prosecutors charge a man Thursday with first-degree manslaughter in connection with a shooting in Hartshorne earlier this year.
Students in several eastern Oklahoma school districts are headed back to class this morning and big changes are ahead as teachers in one of those districts will be able to carry guns in the classroom.
