In just over three weeks, the murder trial begins for one of the brothers accused of killing five members of his Broken Arrow family.
Michael Bever was in a Tulsa courtroom Friday, where his attorney asked for an independent review of computer hard drives that were in the house. The computers were connected to cameras inside the house.
The family's electronic devices are at the center of a big controversy in Michael's murder trial. His attorney claims evidence was mishandled by former Broken Arrow Police detective Gayla Adcock. She has since resigned and the defense says she moved away before she was subpoenaed.

The District Attorney says a hard drive from the Bever house turned up missing after it was handed over to Adcock and the Broken Arrow Police Department.
At the last court hearing, Michael Bever's attorney stated "you get concerned about what else is missing that went unreported."
Friday, the judge refused to intervene and told the lawyers to work it out because she wasn't going to delay the trial set for April 16th.
Michael Bever is charged with five counts of first-degree murder and assault.
