The westbound outside lane of the Turner Turnpike at mile marker 174, west of Stroud in Lincoln County, is now open after an accident involving a semi-truck that spilled a load of power poles.
The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and a wrecker service managed to move the load off power poles to the side of the road and into the grass. It is currently unclear what led to the accident but the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that the driver was not injured.
