Person Killed In Crash In Piedmont, Another Taken To Hospital

One person is dead following a crash in Piedmont Tuesday evening.

According to Piedmont police, one person was also taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The crash happened near Piedmont Rd and Apache Rd just before 6 p.m.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
