OKCFD Responding To House Fire In SW OKC

The Oklahoma City Fire Department is on the scene of a house fire in southwest Oklahoma City, near Southwest 44th Street and Blackwelder Avenue.

Firefighters were able to get the fire under control, but authorities say the majority of the home has smoke and fire damage.

OKCFD has confirmed there was no one in the home at the time of the fire.

Battalion Chief Brian Suki said the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
