Description
This is Sassy Mama's chocolate cherry brownie fudge sundae recipe, a great sweet treat for any occasion. Try it with Sassy Mama's quick hot fudge sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 box Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup water
- ¼ cup chopped maraschino cherries
- Strawberry or Chocolate Cherry Chunk Ice Cream
- Hot fudge
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Stir: In a medium bowl, add brownie mix, egg, melted butter and water. Stir until combined.
- Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool and cut: Remove from the oven and allow brownies to cool slightly before cutting. Cut into 9 squares.
- Sundae: To make the sundae: add brownie to the bowl and top with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle of hot fudge, whipped cream and sprinkles.
