Try these bacon-wrapped club crackers for your next party. They are the perfect party food, so easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve Club crackers
- 1 pound thin-sliced bacon, cut into thirds
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire cooling rack on top of the baking sheet.
- Arrange crackers: Arrange the Club crackers on the wire rack, leaving a small space between each cracker.
- Cheese: Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese onto each cracker.
- Wrap: Wrap each cracker with a slice of bacon, placing them seam side down back on the baking sheet. Repeat until all crackers are wrapped.
- Bake: Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- While baking: In a small bowl, mix the raspberry preserves, chili oil, and honey.
- Remove crackers: After 30 minutes, remove the crackers from the oven and brush the top of each cracker with the raspberry chili oil mixture.
- Bake again: Return the crackers to the oven and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until the bacon is browned and the cracker edges are golden brown.
- Enjoy!: Once done, remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
