The Tulsa Run, a long-standing event in Tulsa since 1978, offers participants a range of races, including a 2K, 5K, 15K, and a combined 5K and 15K options.

The annual event draws a wide crowd, with runners from both the Tulsa area and across the country. Participants range in age from 5 months, with infants riding in strollers, to 91 years old.

Destiny Green, the TTCU Tulsa Run’s executive director, said changes to the course this year include something special.

"We are excited about the new pedestrian bridge and we're also going to explore the west side of the river which isn't something that we have done in a long time because it's been closed for the new pedestrian bridge," Green said. "So we're kind of excited about it."

Some people were getting into the Halloween spirit for these races by running in their costumes.
