The inaugural PCW Spring Festival is set to bring a variety of vendors, entertainment, and gardening expertise to historic downtown Cushing on May 3.

Organizers say the festival has expanded beyond its original focus on plants and gardening to become a full-scale trade show and expo.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 3, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown Cushing.

Originally a plant and herb festival, the event has grown to include a wide range of vendors and activities.

Organizers are actively recruiting vendors and expect a variety of offerings. The event will also coincide with the 500-mile garage sale, making it a major attraction for visitors.

Attendees will have the chance to learn from gardening and landscaping experts. Sessions will cover topics like tree pruning, landscaping, and plant care.

Organizers encourage visitors to explore downtown Cushing, which has been revitalized following damage from past earthquakes.

Admission is free.
