The Fraternal Order of Police in Oklahoma City is asking an arbitrator to step in over the firing of a former police sergeant.

Alonzo Fields was fired from the department in August after accusations of inappropriate activity at a massage parlor.

Investigators said Fields also tried to obstruct the investigation before he admitted to the allegations.

Now, the FOP is fighting Chief Wade Gourley's decision to fire Fields.
