BETHANY, Oklahoma -
The OSBI has confirmed they are investigating a homicide in Bethany.
Agents from OSBI were called to 29th Terrace and Peniel around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday night. They found one person dead at the scene.
One person was taken into custody.
