The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is letting Oklahomans know how part of the $8B from the $1.2T Infrastructure law will be spent in the state.

ODOT said the funding will accelerate projects in its 9-year construction work plan.

The plan includes bridge and interchange reconstruction, adding paved shoulders to rural two-lane highways and re-pavement projects.

ODOT said the money will also pay for upgrades to the state's airports.
